Time to Catch up

Hi Everyone.

I haven't been on for a while, and I need to let you know what's been going on in my world. Last weekend was a good weekend. On Saturday, my mom took me to sports class even though it was her birthday. What a good mom! I had a lot of fun. I was smashing the ball off the tee like you wouldn't believe. Then my mom and I met her friend Eric for lunch. It was pouring like crazy. We went to a Cuban restaurant. I had a hamburger and french fries -- make that a Cuban hamburger and french fries...

On Sunday, we celebrated Mother's Day and my mom's birthday up at Granny Nanny's. We ate a lot of food -- like chicken, corn on the cob and fruit. We also had cookies and cake for dessert. I got my mom a birthday gift -- and X locket charm from Tiffany's to go on her key. She says I have the key to her heart. I also got her a really cool picture for Mother's Day. I can't describe it, but it says "X *Hearts* Mom." I got Granny Nanny a plant, and I got my GG a photo album filled with pictures from Cancun. She loved it!

My mom went to Mississippi last week so I spent the week with PaPa and GG. You can imagine how much fun I had! We went to the park almost every day. And one day we went to Lipuma's Coney Island. I love that place! My mom got home on Friday after I was asleep, but I woke her up at 2 am just to say "Hi!" That's the kind of guy I am.

Hope you all had a good week last week and have a good week this week.

Another good weekend.

My weekend started on Friday night. My mom and I met GG, Granny Nanny and Jeppy for dinner. Granny Nanny brought me a present! It was a CD, and all the songs had my name in them. One song said "Hey Xavier, that's your name and it's a really great name!" Another song has a chorus that goes like this: "Jump up, jump down, shake your body all around." Today my mom caught me singing that.

On Saturday I went to sports class again. I was the only one there so I got lots of practice. After sports class I was watching some people play basketball. There was a coach, three guys who were between 11 - 14 and a girl who was about 9. Guess what? They let me play with them. They passed the ball to me, and I passed it back. I also played defense. THe coach said I could play with him when I was 4; I didn't have to wait until I was 5. It was fun!

On Saturday, my mom and I went to Toys R Us to get Emma a birthday gift. I'm not telling anyone what it is, but I know she's gonna love it!

On Sunday, I went to church. When it was time to get my blessings while my mom took communion, the guy handing out wafers gave me a fist bump. After church, I played outside with my Uncle Gosh. It was a good day!

Monday isn't technically the weekend, but I want to tell you about my Monday. My mo got a call that my eye was red, so she picked me up and took to the doctor. It was NOT pinkeye (yea!) -- just allergies. Then she took me to McDonald's for lunch. I fell asleep on the way back to school. When I woke up it was time to play outside. Then my mom picked me up. We went to Wendy's for some oranges and chocolate milk, and then I went to swim class. I like jumping in a lot. I did't want to swim on my belly, but I did a good jo of swimming on my back. I was really tired tonight.

Xavier's Recent Conversations

Here are some conversations I recently had with my mom. She thinks they're really funny.

"I want doughnuts."
My mom gets out a bowl.
"I want a lot of 'ems." (Translation: I want a lot of them)
My mom puts two doughnuts in a bowl and hands it to me.
"I want A LOT of 'ems."
"That is a lot."
"No, not a lot of 'ems. It's two."
She puts one more doughnut in the bowl.
"That's three. I want A LOT OF 'EMS."
"Is four a lot of them, Xavier?"
Pause-- "Yeah."

My mom was going to read me some books before bed, and I sat in the place she always sits. Here's what followed:

"You stinker, you took my seat!"
"My seat. Sit on me mommie."
"Ok."
My mom starts to sit down.
"No! No! Too big!"
"What's too big?"
"Booty too big sit on me. I put my booty on you."
Then I sat on my mom's lap.

It was a great weekend!

Happy Monday my loyal followers! I had a great weekend. We had really nice weather on Friday and Saturday, and that made it even better.

On Friday, my mom and my Papa came to pick me up from school. I wasn't expecting to see my mom, but it was a great surprise! We went straight to a park to play because it was so nice outside. I saw a pet ferrett at the park too. Then we met GG at Lipuma's for dinner. Lipuma's is a coney island in Rochester. I had a hot dog and french fries. After Lipuma's we walked to a Dairy Queen that was close by. The line was really long! But it was worth it -- I had a vanilla soft serve cone dipped in sprinkles. I ate the whole thing, and then I finished my mom's cone too!

On Saturday, I went to my first sports class. We played tball and soccer. In soccer, I would kick the ball and run after it. So did a girl named Mariah. All of a sudden, I got very competitive, and I started to run with my elbows out to make sure Mariah didn't get the ball. No one showed me how to do that; I just figured it out. After class I went to visit Ms. Jackie at Parisian, and then I went home. Uncle Gosh came over for a little bit, and we played outside. Then I took a nap. On Saturday night, Papa and mom took me to see Monsters v. Aliens. It was really good, and I ate some popcorn and some M&Ms.

On Sunday, I went to church, and then we ate dinner like a family. After dinner, my mom and I drove back to Midland. On Sunday night before I went to bed, we played one of my favorite games called "Jump on the Bed." Basically my mom and I wrestle on her bed. I kept tackling her. I also sent myself to the penalty box for fighting.

All in all, it was a good weekend! Hope you had a good one too.

I am King of the Potty!

Today, I sat on my throne and went pee pee in the potty. Not just once. Not just twice. Not even three times. I went pee pee in the potty four times! I also went poopie in the potty. I was taking a bath and told my mom "I go poopie in my bath." My very clever mommie pulled me out of the bath and put me on my potty. Next thing you know, the whole bathroom smelled. And all because of me!

3 Flushes for Me!

Hi there

Hi everyone. For the past two weeks I've been at my Papa and GG's house because my mom is traveling for work. I haven't been able to blog because Papa and GG keep me very busy. I've been having lots of fun with them and at Beth's Imagination Station -- that's the daycare I go to when I'm at their house (I have two of EVERYTHING).

Last weekend was my last swimming class down by Papa and GG's. This weekend I start a "Sports Sampler" class. I think it is going to be lots of fun. Plus my mom will be at Papa and GG's this weekend, and I miss her. I know she misses me too.

Hope everyone in blogland has been well.

One more thing -- I want to say Hi to my future GF, Evie, and her mom -- my current GF, Ryan. Is that weird... I hope you are both feeling well and doing well.

My Busy Passover and Easter Weekend

Hi Everyone. Hope you had a great Passover and Easter Weekend. I did. It was a busy one, though. On Friday, my mom and Papa took me to Kiddie Klub to play. It's this huge playland just for us kids. It was a lot of fun. On Friday night, my mom, Papa, my friend Mo and I went to the Pistons game. I love basketball! I had a really good time, and I ate A LOT. I got a big tub of popcorn (about the size of a large at the movies), and I ate at least 80% of it. Then I ate about 2/3 of a contain of Edy's Dibs -- which is ice cream. I was full and happy -- the Pistons won!

On Saturday, my mom took me to Ann ARbor to see the University of Michigan spring football game. Fifty thousand peopke showed up! It was cool. The marching band was there, and the team ran through the tunnel and everything. My mom said that the new quarterback gave her hope. On Saturday night we went to Granny Nanny's for a Passover Seder. Lots of my favorite people were there: Granny Nanny, Uncle Nerd, Bad Brad, Jeppy, Tortie Torte, GG, Papa, Uncle Gosh, my mom, Camilo, Jennifer, Noah and Sarah. I had fun playing with Noah. We get a little crazy sometimes.

On Sunday, I went to church. Church has a children's sermon called "Surprise in the Box." A child takes the box and puts something in it and brings it back to church. When I got to church on Easter Sunday, they gave the box to me. I got to take it up to the pastor for the children's sermon! When we got home, a whole lotta people came over: The Fortiers and the Mertes came over. We had dinner, and Emma and I looked for Easter eggs. We also got Easter baskets. I pretty much had chocolate from 11 am until 3 pm. I was a little hyped up. It was awesome!
